Digital products — no refund policy

All products sold on ViralScool are digital downloads. Once a product has been purchased and access or download has been granted, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.


Why we have this policy

Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be returned once delivered. The moment a file is downloaded or access is granted, the product has been fully consumed. This policy protects the integrity of our products and our business.


Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • You never received access to the product after a successful payment
  • The product file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working replacement

In any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.

  • Your full name
  • Your order number or payment receipt
  • The issue you are facing

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


Chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide all transaction records to the payment provider.
